Shot blasting

Shot blasting is the first stage of preparing a steel surface for powder coating. It involves mechanically removing rust, mill scale, old coatings, and other contaminants using a stream of abrasive material. This process is crucial because it cleans and profiles the material’s surface, ensuring proper adhesion of the powder paint as well as the durability and uniformity of the finished coating.
Applying powder paint

Powder coating is the stage in which electrically charged powder paint particles are applied to the prepared steel surface and deposited evenly on the component. This method provides high resistance to mechanical damage, corrosion, and weather conditions, while also producing an attractive, uniform finish with long-lasting durability.
Curing
- Our own oven with an automatic loading and unloading system
Curing is the final stage of powder coating, during which the painted component is placed in a special oven and heated to a precisely selected temperature. Under the influence of heat, the powder melts, bonds to the steel surface, and forms a uniform, durable coating with high resistance to damage and external factors.
